The Particle Studio Ltd (TPS) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting multicultural families, with a particular focus on culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in Melbourne.

TPS is currently in an early stage of development and is working to address systemic barriers that many migrant families face when navigating unfamiliar social, health, and legal systems. These challenges often emerge at different life stages and can compound over time, leading to social isolation, reduced access to support, and limited participation in community life.

In response, TPS is developing a community-based, multi-entry support model. Rather than offering isolated services, TPS aims to provide appropriate entry points for families at different stages of need, helping them connect more effectively with available resources and support systems.

Planned and emerging initiatives include:

• Early-stage support for mothers and families, with a focus on mental health, social connection, and understanding and adapting to local service systems
• Peer support for families of children with additional needs, including autism family support groups
• Legal information and navigation support for women, assisting them in understanding relevant information and connecting with appropriate services when needed

TPS is currently preparing to pilot these initiatives through small-scale, community-based activities.

The organisation is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and operates with a commitment to public benefit, inclusion, and long-term community impact.
